Happy New Year, everyone. As we step into 2025, I wanted to take a moment to share an update with all of you. The past few months have been quite the journey—both creatively and physically.
First, a little about my personal journey: I’ve been recovering from back-to-back surgeries. In late 2024, I underwent sinus surgery, and shortly after, I had a full right knee replacement. Recovery has been challenging but also deeply rewarding as it’s given me time to reflect, plan, and write. The support I’ve received from family, friends, and readers like you has been nothing short of amazing. Thank you for your kind words and encouragement along the way. I have been missing here and on social media, but I am recovering quickly and feel ALMOST like normal.
Now, onto the exciting news: 2025 is shaping up to be a big year for new stories. I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll have not one, but two new novels coming out this year.
- The next installment in the Victor McCain series, The Unit is on its way. Victor’s journey is about to take some unexpected twists and turns that I can’t wait for you to experience.
- Fans of the Jericho series, you’re in for a treat, too. The next book in this series will be set in the horse industry and will be out by early fall, with a working title Fatal Odds.
As if that weren’t enough, I’m also hard at work on more screenplays. Bringing stories to life on screen has been a thrilling challenge, and I’m excited to share more about these projects as they take shape. The shows based on the Victor and Samantha series are still in development and Songs of Bloody Harlan, based on the life of former Kentucky poet laureate, Lee Pennington, also continues in development. Patience and the entertainment industry go hand in hand.
Your continued support and enthusiasm have carried me through the last year or so. Whether you’re a fan of Victor McCain’s occult world, Jericho’s PI adventures, or the cinematic stories in development, I promise 2025 will be a year filled with stories that entertain and inspire.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to health, healing, and new beginnings—for all of us. Stay tuned for updates, and as always, happy reading.
All the best,
Tony
