This past weekend a table read for The Hand of God movie took place in Duluth, Georgia at the home of Brad Heiner, one of the producers of the movie. Mandy Fason, my other producing partner made all of the arrangements. A wonderfully talented group of actors gave generously of their time to help bring Victor McCain, Samantha Tyler and the rest of the Hand of God characters to life.

My screenwriting partner, Sarah Gardiner, joined me to help make the script better. Future director Jonathan Fulks (he’s in film school) and my daughter, Katy Acree, lent a hand during the table read.

Thanks to all the hard work, we will have a better script and one hell of a good movie.
